Taking inspiration from the Maasai tribe's clothing, the Maasai women's beaded collars and Emilio Pucci's Spring/Summer 2014 collection I created 20 rough designs. From these designs I created 20 refined designs and after taking into account the opinions of other people, such as my peers and teachers, I created the final design shown below. The garment shape is inspired by both the Maasai clothing and Pucci's collection. The techniques used are inspired by all: the beaded collars, the Maasai clothing and Pucci's collection. The colours are inspired by the Maasai tribe.
